Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for workshop-related initiatives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate across technical teams to align operational activities with project goals
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets
- Conduct cash flow projections and financial analysis to support decision-making

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and track expenditure against forecasts
- Perform ongoing research on global automotive trends, including restoration practices, parts sourcing, and emerging technologies
- Provide insights and reports to support strategic planning and competitive positioning
- Oversee parts procurement processes, ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to support workshop operations
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and strong supply chain relationships
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily workshop activities to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance workflow and turnaround times
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external parties
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager as required
- Undertake additional duties aligned with the role to support workshop and organizational objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field

Relevant experience in operations, project management, or automotive-related roles is an advantage
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cash flow analysis
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Interest or background in the automotive industry is highly desirable
