Job Description

This position is responsible for translating management directives into actionable project plans, ensuring operational efficiency, financial discipline, and seamless coordination across technical and administrative functions.
You will be working at the intersection of automotive operations, project management, and business analysis—supporting both workshop performance and long-term organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
  • Translate strategic objectives into detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for workshop-related initiatives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate across technical teams to align operational activities with project goals
 
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets
  • Conduct cash flow projections and financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and track expenditure against forecasts
 
Market & Industry Research
  • Perform ongoing research on global automotive trends, including restoration practices, parts sourcing, and emerging technologies
  • Provide insights and reports to support strategic planning and competitive positioning
 
Parts & Inventory Management
  • Oversee parts procurement processes, ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to support workshop operations
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and strong supply chain relationships
 
Workshop Operations Oversight
  • Support the Manager in overseeing daily workshop activities to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance workflow and turnaround times
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
 
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients
  • Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external parties
 
General Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Manager as required
  • Undertake additional duties aligned with the role to support workshop and organizational objectives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field
  • Relevant experience in operations, project management, or automotive-related roles is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cash flow analysis
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Interest or background in the automotive industry is highly desirable
