OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (1 Position)

This position will be under Customer Service and Operation Division. The primary responsibility of the role is to report on all aspects of cargo services rendered to all customers, agents and other airlines for whom BIACC acts as handling agents.

Some responsibilities will include:

• Certifying packaging and contents of cargoes for onward carriage by airlines
• Verifying, inventorying and clearance of contents of cargoes for collection by customers
• Effectively make preparation for calculation of charges collection
• Perform proper breakdown and build up or cargoes in containers and pallets
• Responsible for completing cargo bonding

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 GCEs O Levels or higher, preferably in English based subjects
• Working experience in logistics, warehouse management is an advantage
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication
• Good physical health and nil transportation issues
• Able to work independently and multitask
• Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values consistent with BIACC’s values
