Job Title: Operation Skilled Worker

This role supports the Operations Team in Production and Warehouse functions and is responsible for the safe transportation, handling, and timely delivery of goods, as well as assisting in pre-milling, milling, and post-milling activities within the rice milling operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles for transportation and delivery of goods safely and efficiently.
Support pre-milling, milling and post-milling production activities.
Load, unload, transport and organise paddy, rice sacks and finished products.
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment when required.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, workplace safety and HSSE requirements.
Record delivery schedules, inventory movements, mileage and related documentation.
Assist in warehouse operations, stock handling and product labelling.
Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse team to meet operational deadlines.
Perform other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
