Job Summary
The role involves providing comprehensive support in data management, documentation handling, and finance administration. Key responsibilities include collecting, sorting, consolidating, comparing, reviewing, and reconciling data to support analytical needs. The position also requires managing documentation processes, such as retrieval, organization, compilation, and proper filing. In addition, the role supports finance-related administrative tasks by matching documents to financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The incumbent will also be expected to perform various other relevant administrative and financial duties as assigned.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to:
• Data analysis inclusive data collection, data sorting, data consolidation, data comparison, data review, data reconciliation, etc.
• Documentation management inclusive document retrieval, sorting, compilation and filing.
• Finance administrative works inclusive document matching to financial transactions and follow up with proper recording and filing.
• Any additional relevant administrative and financial ad hoc tasks.
Skills
• Good with MS office particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attentive to details.
• Have the ability to multitask and have a collaborative attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.
Education
• Minimum HND in finance, accounting or any related field.
