Job Title:  Part time Junior Sales & Service

Location: 

Bandar Seri Begawan , Brunei-M, Brunei Darussalam

Job Purpose

Functions as proactive sales hunter with primary focus on identifying new business opportunities while deepening engagement with existing clients. Expected to meet both financial and non-financial performance targets, set on a monthly basis.

Main Outcomes / Key Results

1. Achieve monthly sales targets, with a strong emphasis on financial goals and the successful promotion of new income stream products and services.
2. Proactively acquire new Print Plus clients, particularly major accounts, and significantly drive new sales through compelling offerings.
3. Achieve consistent cross-sell and up-sell results aligned with client needs and company offerings.
4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Print Plus products and services.

Process/Technical Function and Responsibility

1. Actively research, identify, and pursue new "Print Plus" clients, with a strong focus on major target accounts.
2. Develop and present attractive offerings and solutions to prospective clients to drive new sales.
3. Prepare and complete detailed quotation request forms.
4. Generate accurate quotations for simple product needs directly, or prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) via the Printlogic system for more complex requirements.
5. Process Sales Orders (SO) promptly upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) or cash payment.
6. Diligent follow-up on outstanding Invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs) with clients to ensure timely payments and collection, directly impacting financial targets.
7. Monitor and track monthly sales performance against set KPIs, focusing heavily on financial achievements.
8. Take direct customer orders and provide expert advice on specifications, available options, and solutions that benefit their needs.
9. Support customer service counters whenever needed, providing a seamless client experience.
10. Proactively follow up with clients regarding order status and inform them when items are ready for collection, relaying necessary information to Finished Goods (FG).
11. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered by Print Plus.
12. Maintain constant communication and collaboration with Production teams to keep track of order progress and status.
13. Cultivate strong and positive working relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of customer orders.
14. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, new product knowledge, and company offerings, and actively share this knowledge with team members.
15. Undertake any other official duties assigned by the company from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma/HNTec Business Administration/Business Marketing with minimum 1 year working experience or related field.
