Job Summary
The People Supervisor (Talent Acquisition & Development) leads strategic people initiatives that support workforce capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role oversees HR business partnering activities while ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives.
Job Description
- Lead people and talent initiatives aligned with business goals
- Drive workforce capability, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
- Oversee competency frameworks and career development initiatives
- Manage leadership development and learning programs
- Support workforce planning and organizational development activities
- Advise on employee relations and change management matters
- Partner with leaders to align workforce strategies with operational needs
- Monitor workforce metrics and ensure consistent HR policy application

Minimum Requirements

- Knowledge of HR systems, analytics, and organizational development practices
