Job Description
The Portfolio and Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for defining a comprehensive portfolio strategy that aligns with UNN's development objectives, and ensuring the development of new services and solutions that meet customer needs. The position holder will lead short, mid, and long-term revenue development strategies, balancing market demand, competitive positioning, and technological advancements. A key part of this role involves cross-functional collaboration alignment and planning to ensure seamless execution of the portfolio strategy and effective support for the company’s overall business objectives.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Product Portfolio Roadmap Planning
- Leads UNN's ICT portfolio strategy in line with market trends, global standards & national ICT agenda
- Develops and aligns a 3-year roadmap with teams & partners to deliver quality ICT services and strong CX
- Monitors market & competitor trends to identify new opportunities
- Drive innovation through new and enhanced products & services
- Manages product & service strategies across their lifecycle
- Ensure strategic revenue growth & profitability
Strategic Planning
- Reviews current portfolio performance & defines strategic actions
- Identifies challenges, gaps, opportunities to maximize value & reduce legacy losses
- Leads commercial assessments & implements improvement measures
- Designs go-to-market models aligned with the roadmap & strategy
- Conducts research and analysis to provide insights & recommendations
- Assesses risks and develops mitigation plans for long-term sustainability
Revenue Planning & Business Planning
- Manages commercial planning & documentation for annual Business Plan
- Drives revenue growth for short to long-term portfolio strategies
- Develops revenue models for accurate forecasting
- Leads revenue planning discussions
- Tracks revenue, P&L and product KPIs for management reporting
- Prepares revenue outlooks to support discussions with senior management & shareholders
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Presents product & portfolio strategies to all stakeholders
- Acts as key product management counterpart for internal teams
- Co-chairs Product Board to oversee lifecycle governance & new investments

- Market Analysis and Competitive Research with 3 to 5 years of experience

Education
