Job Title: Process Executive

Job Overview
Responsible to provide support in driving continuous improvement across all operations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and fostering a culture of process excellence throughout the company. The Executive will work cross-functionally to analyse and optimize processes and support quality management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and improvement areas across various business units.
2. Work closely with Process Champions to gather data on quality issues and process improvements.
3. Support in planning and executing of process improvement initiatives.
4. Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on progress to ensure timely completion of improvement tasks.
5. Assist in maintaining and updating QMS documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
6. Ensure quality processes are consistently applied and support departments in maintaining compliance with the QMS.
7. Collaborate with teams to document and standardize processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across departments.
8. Support the scheduling, planning and execution of internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements by gathering evidence, recording findings and tracking corrective actions.
9. Assist in gathering data, preparing audit checklists, and following up on corrective actions arising from internal audits.
10. Ensure proper document control and maintain accurate records of compliance-related documentation.
11. Help maintain the company's process documentation library, ensuring that all procedures are up-to-date and consistent across business units.
12. Support training and awareness programs for employees on process excellence, compliance and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
13. Performance any additional duties assigned by line supervisor.
