Job Description

The role's main purpose is to support process design and description  which is relevant to commercial domain. It involves providing administrative and documentation support for processes, flows, templates, and related items, coordinating alignment meetings, budgeting control, organizing workshops, and creating reports.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational, administration, implementation and further overall development of the telecommunication sector interface model (WIMM) defining the ecosystem's way of working together including the design of rules, standards, policies and related SLA of  WIMM as well as internal Processes, and related measures.

  • Documentation of the designed processes, related standards, descriptions and policies (record/track all documentations/monitor/ensure all records are up to date).

  • Assist in coordination and orchestration of the related workshops, alignment session and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, responsible for the meeting minutes and result documentation.

  • Support in the definition of process and WIMM related KPIs and parameters. Support in the implementation of the WIMM and internal processes and related measures.

  • Support in the design of WIMM and CDO-domain process related reports, templates and presentations.

  • Generation of reports, ensure high quality and timely delivery.

  • Definition and tracking of measures for process improvements and its documentation and follow up.

  • Responsible for the timely responses to WIMM improvements and requests for changes from stakeholders.

  • Measure and improve stakeholder satisfaction with WIMM through regular feedback loops and performance evaluations.

  • Responsible for the design of process KPIs, including the target definition and monitors and reports the performance of these KPIs.

  • Responsible in ensuring a smooth and synergised implementation of the WIMM and IT business ecosystem model across UNN’s commercial and digital domain as well as other relevant stakeholders

  • Responsible in the establishment and management the procedures for IT/DC ecosystem stakeholder collaboration, ensuring fair practices and alignment. Responsible for the cross domain alignment of relevant domain owned  processes.

  • Responsible for budget control for Customer Experience & Processes department, which involves monitoring expenses, identifying areas of cost savings, and ensuring that the department stays within budget while meeting goals and objectives.

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation slides to communicate the report's findings and recommendations to the management and other relevant parties.

  • Identification of all delivery deadlines, results and quality of excellence.
