Job Summary
Responsible for executing and coordinating end-to-end procurement activities to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The role ensures all procurement processes comply with company policies, procedure and governance, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Execute and monitor the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers to achieve best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain and update the supplier database and procurement records.
- Liaise with internal departments to clarify specifications, delivery timelines, and budget approvals.
- Track, expedite, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or supply issues.
- Support supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
- Prepare and analyse reports on procurement activities, cost trends, and vendor performance for management review.
- Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company procurement policy, SOPs, TQC procedures, and financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and compliance in procurement operations.
