Key Responsibilities
Event planning & On-Ground operations
- Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of roadshows and community events
- Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue booking, permits, layout planning, signage, staffing rosters, briefing materials, and contingency plans..
- Manage event setup and teardown, live run-of-show, emcee/PA coordination, and post-event wrap-up
- Ensure brand compliance across all physical touchpoints.
Campaign execution (lead & revenue goals)
- Localise and deploy GTM strategies across various online and offline marketing channels.
- Build simple landing pages/UTMs, coordinate promo codes, and ensure offer mechanics are correctly implemented.
- Work closely with Sales and Channel teams to maximise event impact by generating qualified leads and drive conversions.
Procurement & vendor management
- Run small-to-mid procurement cycles: prepare scopes, collect quotes (RFQ), compare, recommend, and raise POs.
- Coordinate with Finance/Procurement on approvals, invoice tracking; maintain clean documentation and audit trails.
- Source cost-effective suppliers (booth builds, printing, gifts/merch, freelancers), negotiate timelines.
Reporting & optimisation
- Measure performance across core KPIs: lead volume, conversion rate, ROI per event, engagement/traffic levels, and budget variance.
- Produce post-mortems with key insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an up-to-date events calendar, marketing asset inventory, and vendor roster.
Cross-Functional coordination
- Liaise with various domains (such as Product, Sales and others) to align offers, designs, and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with other domains to support and facilitate with their Jira requests.
Skills & Competencies
- Project management, checklists, and timeline discipline; proficient with productivity softwares (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Competent with Google Workspace; spreadsheet skills for tracking and budget control.
- Preferred to have familiarity in CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), survey tools, basic Canva/Adobe for quick edits,
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief promoters and interface with partners professionally.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, calm under pressure, proactive problem-solver.
Relevant Experiences & Qualifications
- Applicable as an i-Ready candidate from Pusat Pekerjaan Brunei (Job Centre Brunei)
- Minimum HND and above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of core marketing concepts (positioning, funnels, segmentation, basic GTM) is an advantage.
- Experience in event management, brand activation, vendor management or growth marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and basic budgeting is an advantage.
