Job Summary
Manage assigned Defence and Security projects or workstreams by coordinating plans, stakeholders, deliverables, risks, decisions and reporting to support timely and controlled execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project or workstream plans, milestones, action owners, dependencies and reporting schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business Support, Operations, C&P, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, HSE, IT and other contributors.
- Track scope, schedule, cost information, risks, issues, decisions, changes, deliverables and customer actions.
- Prepare accurate dashboards, status reports, meeting packs, decision logs, action trackers and escalation notes.
- Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes and follow up action closure within agreed timelines.
- Identify variance, slippage, resource constraints or emerging risks and recommend recovery or escalation.
- Coordinate customer, supplier and internal stakeholder communication within approved protocols.
- Support procurement, inspection, delivery, acceptance, handover and project close-out activities.
- Maintain complete project records, approvals, correspondence, lessons learned and audit evidence.
- Guide junior project personnel on assigned work and quality expectations where required.

Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, supply chain or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project, engineering, procurement, operations or stakeholder-coordination experience.
- Project management or project-controls certification is preferred.
