Job Description
Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and reporting on site activities to the Supervisor, ensuring all maintenance works are carried out to the required standards. This position involves conducting physical inspections of site maintenance activities, prepared units, and move-out or vacant units, as well as performing and overseeing planned preventive maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, and facilities. The role also provides technical advisory support and helpdesk assistance to internal departments, prepares cost estimates for work orders, and carries out joint measurement works with contractors. In addition, the role includes inspecting contractors’ preventive maintenance works, recommending improvements to services and facilities, and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Property Supervisor or Property Team Lead.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision, monitoring and reporting of site activities to Property Supervisor.
- REMS implementation and to attend complaints with internal and external personnel.
- Physical inspection of preparing move in/out units with internal and external personnel.
- Assist in checking and verifying works done on site.
- To supervise works in accordance to drawings and specifications, particular attention be made on quality control.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.
