Job Title: Rice Mill Worker

A Rice Mill Worker plays a critical role in the milling process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery and maintaining the quality of the rice produced.

The worker will be responsible for the setup, operation, and cleaning of milling equipment, as well as performing routine checks to ensure all safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Pre-Milling Activities: Handle paddy received from farmers by transporting, weighing, recording, and packing it into 25kg and 50kg bags.
Milling Activities: Lift paddy sacks from storage, pour paddy into the feeding intake, and ensure proper packaging of the milled rice.
Post-Milling Activities: Organize, check, and count stocks; label, pack finished rice products, and manage by-products.
Warehousing Duties: Stack, clear, transport, and clean the warehouse to maintain an organized and safe storage area.
Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the rice milling plants and equipment.
Other Duties: Carry out additional tasks as directed by management to ensure efficient milling operations.
