RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER (1 Position)

This position will be reporting to Head of Quality Assurance and Risk Management. The primary responsibility of the role is to lead the identification, assessment and mitigation of organizational risks.

 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management and business continuity policies and procedures.
  • Conduct business impact analyses and develop continuity and recovery plans.
  • Monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) for Risk and standard requirement on ISO 22301:2018 (Business Continuity Management System), as well as company policies and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related in both risk management and business continuity practices

 

Requirements:

  • A degree in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Understanding on ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 31000 (Risk Management) is advantageous
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining risk management frameworks aligned with international standards.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity or related roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise across divisions
  • Ability to develop and deliver training and awareness programs on risk management and business continuity
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks
