Job Title: Sales & Key Account Executive

Job Overview
Responsible to identify, develop new and maintain existing personal and key accounts. The focus is to achieve revenue and occupancy targets on both residence and commercial properties for the financial year through initiation of courtesy calls and efficient follow-up on enquiries and client requests, and not limited to activation of any Armada's potential properties. Additionally, responsible for obtaining and tracking customer's satisfaction through surveys and feedback initiatives, in contribution towards customer experience and improvements. Gathering market trends to understand target clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Create strategic sales plan to expand Armada’s customer base, increase occupancy rate and achieve target.
2. Utilize sales email and phone hotline to address enquiries efficiently and other marketing outlet to promote Armada’s products.
3. Conduct and translate potential clients to actual sales.
4. Gather market trends to Identify and develop new key account and personal clients.
5. Maintain and manage new and current key accounts through initiation of courtesy calls and scheduled outreach.
6. Assess and implement creative initiatives to obtain new key accounts.
7. Collect customer feedback and proactive follow-up for new and existing clients.
8. Initiate, implement and contribute new initiatives with other departments to enhance customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
9. Work closely with other departments to achieve satisfactory customer experience.
10. Manage and maintain processes and record customer's data efficiently and accurately.
11. Contribute towards strategic initiatives and improvement on current process and client experience for other properties under Armada's management such as BRIDEX.
12. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor
