Job Summary
The officer will be responsible for promoting, driving sales and identifying new business opportunities with Bandtree’s commercial properties as well as public relations. The candidate is required to demonstrate experience in sales, customer relations, public relations with some experience in marketing.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Lead Generation:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential tenants and other stakeholder to drive property rentals.
- Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, referrals, and networks.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
- Closing sales and ensure smooth transactions from inquiry to sale completion.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote new and existing properties.
- Analyze market trends to develop marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Enhance the Company's brand presence through relevant platforms.
- Public Relation & Corporate Communication:
- Manage the public relations and corporate communications of Bandtree including drafting press release, updating website and corporate presentation with relevant information, among others.
- Customer Relationship:
- Provide excellent before and after sales service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Enhance customer experience through process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Monitor customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to continuously improve service quality and meet customer expectations.
- Administrative Duties:
- Track and report on Sales and Marketing performance of properties, providing regular updates to management.
- Analyze market data, conduct market research and draft proposals for new opportunities.
- Prepare sales and marketing reports for monthly and quaterly reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the property market and trends in the real estate industry.
- Proficient in MS Officer and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with results-driven mindset.
- Creatively and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven Experience (a least 5 years) in Sales and Marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Experience in property sales or marketing in a developer or real estate agency setting.
