Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective engagement and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Acquisition
- Promote and sell company products and services (e.g., prepaid, postpaid, broadband, devices, business solutions).
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through visits to companies, outlets, and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (activations, plan upgrades, bundles, revenue).
Customer Engagement
- Clearly explain product benefits and recommend solutions that fit customer needs.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and individual customers.
- Follow up with Sales Managers to manage orders and track sales progress.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit timely and accurate sales activity reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, data collection, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay.
- Customer-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
Relevant Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Brunei and Permanent Residents only.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Willing to visit clients and work flexible hours when needed.
