Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products and services.
- Close Deals: Identify fresh sales opportunities, understand client needs, and effectively close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Deliver clear product information, handle inquiries, and confidently answer customer questions.
- Sales & Order Management: Manage sales orders efficiently, keep accurate records of your sales activities, and provide regular updates to the Sales Supervisor.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and fiercely goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail when managing orders and data.
- Customer-oriented, persuasive, and target-driven.
Relevant Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Brunei and Permanent Residents only.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Willing to commute as needed and open to working flexible hours to meet business demands.
