Job Summary
The Senior Corporate Services Analyst will lead cross-functional initiatives across property management, facility operations, and HSSE. This role is responsible for driving strategic improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and strengthening safety culture across the organization.
Job Description
- Lead integrated analytics and reporting across property, facility, and HSSE functions.
- Develop and implement cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee vendor performance, contract management, and service-level compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive HSSE policies, safety culture programs, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage audits, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagements.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align property, facility, and HSSE strategies with business objectives.
Required Functional Competencies

Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience across property, facility management, and/or HSSE.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and facility operations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Facilities Management certifications) preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
