Job Title: Senior Executive, Finance Operations

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, managing cash flow, maintaining bank relationships, and ensuring liquidity for business operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing the group’s financial position while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The key role is to ensuring effective liquidity management, optimizing cash usage, and supporting overall financial stability. Additionally, the candidate will also be required to prepare routine and ad hoc management report.
Job Requirement
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3–5 years of treasury, finance, or banking experience.
Exposure to the telecommunications or bank sector is a strong advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Treasury Management Systems is preferred.
Familiarity with digital banking platforms and automated payment processes.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external banking partners.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management
• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.
• Coordinate timely fund transfers, intercompany settlements, and payments for operational needs.
• Petty Cash monitoring and preparations of claims
Banking & Financial Operations
• Manage relationships with local and international banks to support daily operations and corporate banking requirements.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of bank accounts, banking platforms, and signatories.
• Review and track banking fees, interest rates, and other bank-related costs.
Treasury Reporting & Analysis
• Support monthly closing activities related to treasury, including reconciliations and financial reporting inputs.
• Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Perform regular audits of filing systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.
Imagine’s Centre
• Monitor and assist requirement from all centres
• Liaise with Centre on collections-related matter
Process & System Improvement
• Recommend improvements to treasury processes to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and digital banking platforms.
