Job Title: Senior Executive, Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive, Full Stack Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying web and

mobile applications that support the company’s digital innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for

delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications end-to-end. The ideal candidate is a hands-on

developer with proven experience in building full-stack solutions, particularly mobile applications, and will

help bridge business needs with technical implementation

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Creative Computing or a related field.
Additional certifications such as Postgraduate certificates, industry-recognised coding bootcamps, or advanced courses in mobile app development are an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in full stack development, or in a similar senior role (with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development with proven track record of end-to-end development lifecycle from wireframes and UI/UX prototyping to backend integration and deployment on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android).

Experience working in Agile environments or cross-functional product teams.
Preferably experience integrating AI tools or APIs (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, image/ audio
processing).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development and deployment of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms,

ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

Manage the development lifecycle of mobile applications, starting from UI/UX design, backend integration,

testing, and deployment. Ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA, Business) to translate requirements into

functional software.

Deliver applications within tight timelines without compromising stability, performance, or user experience.
Maintain and optimise application performance, responsiveness, and scalability; minimise bugs through rigorous unit testing, debugging, and analytics.

Ensure compliance with security best practices and local regulatory requirements, particularly in telco and

data-handling standards.

Uphold high code quality through version control, code reviews, and automated testing practices.
Stay updated with the latest mobile and AI technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to stay

ahead of the curve.

Create and maintain technical documentation, systems architecture diagrams, and user guides to support

knowledge transfer within the development team.

Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team

environment.

Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal app stability, performance and user

satisfaction.

Drive integration between mobile apps and backend Business Support Systems (BSS) when applicable to

streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
