Job Summary
Works closely with the Head of Human Capital Development ("HCD") Department, and lead the Organisation Development Unit to drive continuous improvement in the areas of strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition, HR systems and policies, compensation and benefits programs and HR business partnering. Guides and coaches subordinates to execute departmental work streams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Work with other Heads of Departments in reviewing and providing recommendations on the optimal manpower planning and departmental structures in order to ensure efficient delivery of departmental goals.
- Fosters strategic partnership as a HR business partner with relevant key stakeholders within DA and the GLCs within the DA Group, positioning HR as a strategic partner in driving organisational effectiveness.
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to evaluate compensation and benefits benchmarks, workforce trends and industry best practices. Utilise insights to identify areas for improvement in HR poilcies and practices and drive decision making.
- Leads the review of employee compensation and benefit programs.
- Provides support and direction to the team in the implementation and utilisation of HR systems, in DA and the GLCs within the DA Group.

- Capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and HR initiatives with precision, while ensuring timely execution and alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience with focus on organisational effectiveness, HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or relevant field(s) is required.
- CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
