Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as an HR advisor for the business. They collaborate with line managers to understand key requirements, anticipate future skills needs, and work with hiring managers to set priorities. They play a crucial role in helping business leaders integrate new hires smoothly into the organization. They also advise learning managers on creating programs to close skill gaps and develop new competencies. The Senior HR Business Partner works with the business to identify and manage high-potential talent and implement succession planning. They provide recommendations on non-monetary benefits to the compensation manager to ensure these align with workforce needs. They handle employee issues and assist line managers with exit and retirement processes.
As the primary liaison between HR and the business, the Senior HR Business Partner is an effective communicator who fosters cooperation and collaboration among stakeholders. They have a strong service excellence mindset and are dedicated to addressing both organizational and employee needs and issues.
In this role, the Senior HR Business Partner reports to and collaborates with the Head of Human Capital and the Corporate Services Department on HR-related matters to ensure alignment and effectiveness across the organization.
