Job Title: Senior Human Resource Business Partner

Job Purpose
Lead the Human Capital Unit in delivering integrated workforce, organisation development, performance, learning, talent and HR operations services in accordance with approved policy, business priorities and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the Human Capital Unit work plan, priorities, service standards, risk controls and reporting requirements.
- Interpret and implement the HRPM, employment requirements, frameworks, SOPs and management decisions and provide consistent advice to managers and employees.
- Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, appointment, onboarding, probation, contract and employee movement processes against approved structure and budget.
- Lead job analysis, Job Description governance, organisation review, competency mapping, change support and workforce data analysis.
- Lead annual performance management, calibration, underperformance support, talent review, succession planning and development planning processes.
- Oversee training needs analysis, annual learning plans, mandatory training, leadership development, provider management and training effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate employee records, leave and attendance administration, payroll inputs, benefits administration, employee letters and HR system data.
- Support fair and timely employee relations, grievance, discipline, engagement and case-management processes within approved authority.
- Allocate work, review quality, coach team members and maintain effective segregation, continuity and service delivery across the Unit.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field. Professional HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant Human Capital experience, including demonstrated responsibility for multiple HR processes and at least three (3) years coordinating or supervising others.
