Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Executive

Job Summary
DST is looking for a capable and self-driven Senior Executive in Learning & Development to drive impactful learning programs that support our company growth. This role is hands-on and strategic- designing, delivering, and measuring development initiatives that build future-ready capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver End-to-End Learning Programs
- Lead the development, rollout, and refinement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation, covering functional, leadership, and digital capabilities using blended learning methods.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Capability Mapping
- Identify learning priorities through structured assessments, performance data, and stakeholder consultation; address skill gaps through targeted and scalable learning plans.
- Embed Digital Learning Tools and Strategies
- Leverage digital platforms, microlearning, self-paced content, and internal knowledge sharing systems to build a learning culture aligned with our company vision and goals.
- Measure Learning Effectiveness and Link to Performance
- Leverage automated tools and digital platforms (e.g., LMS, performance dashboards, survey tools, AI-based learning analytics) to track participation, engagement, skill progression, and post-learning application.
- Align learning metrics with performance appraisal insights to identify development impact, close capability gaps, and support individual growth. Use data-driven reporting to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate learning ROI to stakeholders.
- Act as a Strategic Learning Partner
- Collaborate with business leads and HR peers to integrate learning into wider talent strategies, support career development and internal mobility, and provide guidance as an HR Business Partner for assigned functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of L&D principles, adult learning theory, and digital learning trends.
- Proficient in using LMS, e-learning tools, performance tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.
- Comfortable working with data for decision-making, program evaluation, and talent profiling.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
Relevant Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR functions, preferably in a digital or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing end-to-end learning programs aligned with business needs.
- Hands-on experience conducting TNA, facilitating learning sessions, and managing digital or blended learning formats.
- Exposure to performance management cycles and experience linking learning data with employee performance outcomes.
- Involvement in talent profiling, succession planning, or contributing to internal talent reviews is an advantage.
