Job Summary
The Senior People Analyst (Business Partner) supports business units through operational HR partnership, workforce planning, employee relations management, and talent acquisition activities. The role acts as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day people matters while supporting workforce effectiveness and organizational compliance.
Job Description
- Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees
- Support workforce planning and manpower coordination activities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters
- Conduct investigations and support workplace conflict resolution
- Maintain recruitment metrics, workforce reports, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

Minimum Requirements

- Knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools
