Job Summary
The Senior People Analyst (Performance & Rewards) manages the organization’s performance management framework, compensation structures, and reward programs to support employee motivation, performance, and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.
Job Description
- Coordinate and administer the annual performance management cycle
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
- Support reward, recognition, and incentive programs
- Assist in manpower budgeting and compensation planning exercises
- Prepare performance and compensation analytics and reports
- Advise managers on performance improvement and rewards matters
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and governance requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, or related field

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of compensation structures and performance frameworks
