Job Summary

The Senior People Analyst (Performance & Rewards) manages the organization’s performance management framework, compensation structures, and reward programs to support employee motivation, performance, and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and administer the annual performance management cycle
  • Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and KPIs
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
  • Support reward, recognition, and incentive programs
  • Assist in manpower budgeting and compensation planning exercises
  • Prepare performance and compensation analytics and reports
  • Advise managers on performance improvement and rewards matters
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and governance requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, or related field

  • Experience in salary benchmarking and rewards program administration
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and performance frameworks
