To coordinate and support the procurement process by ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and budgetary requirements. The role ensures transparency, efficiency, and accountability throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Coordinate and execute purchasing activities from requisition to delivery.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor proposals, and prepare comparison reports.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely approvals.
- Maintain and update approved vendor/supplier database.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare procurement-related reports.
- Support tendering processes and assist in bid evaluations.
