Job Summary
The Senior Strategic Planning Associate supports the strategic planning function by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s strategic plans and performance scorecards. This role involves conducting strategic analyses, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Performance Support
- Assist in the development and management of the company’s scorecard and business strategy plan.
- Support the facilitation of corporate planning and strategy processes in alignment with management’s expectations.
- Monitor and track business performance against strategic objectives, providing insights for improvement.
2. Strategic Analysis & Advisory
- Conduct research and perform high-level or deep-dive strategic analyses to assess business performance and identify opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management on strategic initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and market trends.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in coordinating strategic planning activities across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement efforts related to strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for management and key stakeholders.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in managing the internal and external reporting requirements of the organization.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of strategic reports, performance updates, and compliance documents.
- Maintain documentation and records related to corporate planning and strategy.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data interpretation and strategy formulation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
