Job Title:  Short Term Contract Customer Service Executive

Job Purpose

This role involves in customer relationship management and work closely with Customer Services and Marketing Assistant Manager (CSMAM). To ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive interactions with customers. It serves as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, offering assistance, information and solutions.

Main Outcomes / Key Results

● Successful cross-sell, up-sell records with sustainable and strong rapport with multi-customers portfolio (government, corporate & retail customers).

● Zero errors on customers order, request form and all other documents related/relevant to sales activity under due care.

● Timely delivery/collection of order items by Finished Goods, otherwise justified by sufficient recorded efforts by CSE. i.e. Failure to inform clients on collection of items shall be treated as discrepancies/failure to complete customer service cycle unless justified by evidence of repeated efforts/actions to contact clients repeatedly via all possible means.

Process / Technical Function and Responsibility

'● Prepares and completes quotation request form

● Prepares Sales Order (SO) once Purchase Order (PO) or cash payment has been made.

● Creates quotation or prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) via Printlogic system.

● Issues invoice, receipt, Account Receivables (AR) management and delivery order (DO) note.

● Manages customer service counters

● Takes customer's order and advises customers on specifications and other available options that are beneficial to them.

● Expected to fully understand all products & services under Print Plus.

● Keeps track of order by constantly communicating and collaborating with Production teams.

● Accountable in following up with Finished Goods (FG) for ordered items status and progress.

● Follows up and inform clients for item ready for collection and relay to FG.

● Builds strong and positive business relationship with clients and positive working relationship with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders, and takes all necessary efforts to maintain the relationships.

● Keeps abreast of new and latest knowledge, industrial trends, and company products, and share knowledge with team members.

● highlights on any self development needs (or colleagues' development needs) for division's constant improvements.

● Takes on any other official duties assigned by company from time to time.

Qualification and Experience

1. GCE O Level / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or related field

2. At least 2 years working experience in customer services / sales, or equivalent
