Job Title:  Strategic Management Executive

Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the planning and overseeing of assigned strategic projects and transformation initiatives to ensure that the projects are executed within the project plan, and initiatives are executed and aligned with organisation business goals and objectives. The Executive acts as a point of liaison between the relevant departments, senior management and other key stakeholders to realise the successful implementation and operation of the projects or transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development of business projection, strategies and business proposal of assigned projects or transformation initiatives.

2. Contribute to new business opportunities with potential clients / stakeholders.

3. Contribute to identifying and analysing project risk and issues.

4. Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders, maintaining relationship and communication with client and all stakeholders, and assist to ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards success and implementation of projects / transformation initiatives.

5. Assist in monitoring and implementing detailed project plan, including key project milestones, workstreams & activities, critical pathways, budget and expenditures to ensure alignment and success of project / transformation.

6. Assist in the delivery and execution of project / transformation initiatives according to project plan and agreed scope.

7. Assist in the facilitation of adjustment for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget, or other potential project changes that may affect progress and implementation.

8. Arrange and participate in stakeholder meetings, document and follow up on actions and executing decisions from meetings.

9. Assist to track project / transformation initiatives and contribute in the development of reports to key stakeholders.

10.  Provide any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification - Bachelor's Degree.

Major - Business Management, Economics or other related qualification.

Preferred Professional Certification - Project management certification, change management certifications, Risk management, sustainability related certification.

Area of Experience

Business Development or related experience - 2 years or above

Customer Service or client facing experience - 2 years or above

Project management, risk management experience - added advantage

Real Estate management or related experience - added advantage
