Job Description
Responsible to oversee janitorial and housekeeping unit including, planning, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, verifying and administration duties including other services that are required to support it.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, supervise, monitor daily schedule and office work for the housekeeping team including contractors.
- Prepare the schedule for the housekeeping team including contractors for cleaning prepare units, emergency units, service unit and viewing units.
- Check and ensure sufficient supply of cleaning supplies, materials, equipments for every 6 months for housekeeping team.
- Do stock issuance monthly or as when necessary for housekeeping team.
- Ensure all prepare unit is inspected, verified and cleanliness is as per Armada standard.
- Arrange for monthly meeting with housekeeping team including contractors.
- Supervise, monitor and report site activities to manager weekly/monthly or when required.
- Prepare monthly report to manager including budget spent.
- Arrange the appointment with estate Residential & Admin team for Service Housekeeping units.
- Liaise on with Property team lead/supervisor on prepare unit schedule every month.
- Verify monthly payments and follow up with contractor for payment invoices.
- Supervise and monitor linen laundry and any other support services required.
- Ensure internal and external housekeeping teams are provided routine standards briefing / training.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor.

Level of Qualification: Higher National Diploma
Major: Hospitality and tourism services or other related fields
Area of Experience
- Housekeeping - 2 years or above
- Janitorial services - 2 years or above
