Job Description

Responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations within assigned functional areas, including Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies, Employee Relations, and HR Administration. The role ensures accurate execution, policy compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience, while supporting HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs in line with approved frameworks and policies.
  2. Drive the annual bonus and increment cycles, ensuring accurate data management, timely execution, and adherence to compensation policy.
  3. Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring timely resolution, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
  4. Support the implementation including drafting and maintenance of applicable HR policies and guidelines, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  5. Assist in communicating policy updates and promoting awareness to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases, escalating complex cases to the Line Supervisor as required.
  7. Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive employee experience across HR touchpoints.
  8. Execute end-to-end HR operational activities and processes and to collaborate with Talent Management teams to support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  9. Coordinate with HR vendors and/or service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services in accordance with service requirements.
  10. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics by collecting, validating, and analysing HR data including providing insights to support decision making, escalating observations and recommendations to Line Supervisor.
  11. Provide day-to-day guidance and task coordination for other team members.
  12. Perform any additional duties assigned by line supervisor.

Education

Level of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Human Resource Management, Business & Administration, Psychology or other related field

Preferred Professional Certification: CIPD level 5 or above, Project Management, Data Analytics 

Area of Experience

  • Strategic Human Resource (HR) Leadership - added advantage
  • HR Generalist or Business Partnering Experience with stakeholder management or business acumen mindset - 2 years or above
  • HR Operations & Administration - 5 years or above
  • HR Analytics and Technology including digitalization and automation - 2 years or above
  • Employee Relations and Policies - 2 years or above
