Job Title:  Team Lead, Transformation

Job Description

Responsible to drive and support organisational transformation initiatives including digital transformation, process improvements and other strategic projects / initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating and leading execution across functions, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned with business objectives and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support development and implementation of transformation initiatives.
  2. Lead process improvement and standardisation efforts.
  3. Facilitate digital adoption and system improvements.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  5. Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  6. Support stakeholder engagement and communication.
  7. Facilitate meetings, workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive progress.
  8. Support the adoption of continuous improvement practices.
  9. Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for management updates.
  10. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records in line with company standards and systems.
  11. Provide guidance to team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  12. Perform any additional duties assigned by the line supervisor

Education

Level of Qualifcation: Bachelor's Degree

Major: Business Management, Information Systems, Project Management or other related field

Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM) certification, Total Quality Management (TQM) certification. 

Area of Experience

  • Transformation / Change Management - 5 years or more
  • Process Improvement / Process Excellence - 5 years or more 
  • Project Management - 5 years or more
  • Digital Transformation - 5 years or more
