Job Title: Technical Assistant

Job Description
- Reporting to Assistant Technical Officer / Technical Officer.
- Provide support to Assistant Technical Officers with contractors on maintenance works.
- Prepare work progress on site for payment. Schedule payment accordingly.
- Site visit works for properties; taking notes and photos on maintenance works and verified job report from contractors.
- Managing documents for technical team such as letter, quotation, invoice, reference, and other related documents.
- Filing and bookkeeping (CRF, LOA, contract works agreement & extension of time letter).
- Issue WORF (Work Order Request Form) for work request.
- Assist in the update monthly payment progress schedule.
- Assist in the Preparation of Term Contract Maintenance (TCM) schedule for the purpose of the status of contract expired.
- Coordinate, prepare and minute taking for regular Asset Management meeting.
- Standby for works beyond normal work hours and coordinate with contractors for any urgent issues.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirement
- Citizen of Brunei Darussalam.
- Have valid driver license and own transportation.
- Minimum academic qualification of Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Relevant facilities management experience and basic knowledge of building service systems are added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office application, such as Words, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
