Job Summary

  1. Carry out pre/ post and operational checks on equipment to ensure its readiness and condition without any safety damages. 
  2. Analyze equipment breakdowns and make necessary improvements to the equipment.
  3. Perform troubleshooting, participate in and supervise contractors, and ensure that all repairs to equipment are carried out in the shortest time possible. 
  4. To record all materials used within shift duty including diesel dispensing to the Container Handling Equipment.
  5. To prepare specifications and sketch the designs (if any) for the parts that need to be purchased for the Procurement Department.
