The Training Instructor delivers both theoretical and practical training in Navigation Warfare, focusing on navigation and naval operations modules under the guidance of the Senior Instructor. Responsibilities include lesson preparation, simulation management, and facilitating training briefings. The role also supports course planning and reports on student progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Supports the Senior Instructor in planning and teaching both classroom and practical training sessions on navigation and naval operations module. 

• Prepares and conducts briefings and debriefings for all practical training sessions.

• Assists the Senior Instructor in planning and scheduling relevant training programs.

• Reports student test results, performance updates, and any instructional issues to the Senior Instructor.

• Delivers lessons in a professional manner, ensuring discipline, engagement, and high-quality instruction are maintained at all times.
