Job Title:  iReady HR & Admin Support

Location: 

Bandar Seri Begawan , Brunei-M, Brunei Darussalam

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support across HR functions, including recruitment, training coordination, and general office administration. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and contributes to the smooth running of HR and overall company operations.

Main Outcomes / Key Results

  1. Efficient HR Process Support: Recruitment, training, and performance review assistance are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes.
  2. Accurate Records & Documentation: HR records, benefits information, training data, and administrative files are consistently maintained to a high standard of accuracy, organization, and compliance.
  3. Effective Administrative Assistance: General office administration, training logistics, and other delegated assignments are completed promptly, professionally, and in direct support of operational needs.

Process/Technical Function and Responsibility

  1. Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  2. Support onboarding processes, including preparation of documents and orientation arrangements.
  3. Collect and verify employee attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll processing.
  4. Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files and benefit information.
  5. Assist in coordinating training sessions, preparing materials, and updating training records.
  6. Help compile performance review data and track appraisal submissions.
  7. Prepare simple HR correspondence, memos, and reports as assigned.
  8. Support general office administration, including filing, supplies management, and meeting room arrangements.
  9. Any other tasks deemed appropriate by Line Manager/ Management.

Qualification and experience

  1. High National Diploma (HND) / Level 5 Diploma in Business and Administration, HR Management or Office Administration, or a related field.
  2. Less than 3 years of working exposure or knowledge to HR & Administration.
