Job Title:  iReady Junior Sales & Service

Location: 

Bandar Seri Begawan , Brunei-M, Brunei Darussalam

Job Purpose

To support the sales and customer service functions by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and order documents, assisting in identifying new customer opportunities, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role combines front-line customer service and back-office sales support, with field engagement to support business growth. 

Main Outcomes / Key Results

1. Successful cross-sell, up-sell records with sustainable and strong rapport with multi-customers portfolio (special accounts, major corporate, Private sectors and government).
2. Zero errors on customers order, request form and all other documents related/relevant to sales activity under due care.
3. Timely delivery/collection of order items required by customers.

Process/Technical Function and Responsibility

1. Attend walk-in and existing customers by providing product information, quotations, and basic support.
2. Assist in maintaining good relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and clear communication.
3. Provide front counter service support and handle general customer inquiries or complaints.
4. Support outdoor sales activities by joining sales visits or canvassing new customer leads under guidance.
5. Prepare and process quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and Invoices.
6. Assist in submitting Request for Quotation (RFQ) through internal systems.
7. Follow up with internal teams and customers on order progress, delivery status, and documentation.
8. Liaise with production and relevant departments to monitor order timelines and finished goods readiness.
9. Maintain proper records of all customer interactions, sales documents, and delivery notes.
10. Develop a working knowledge of Print Plus products and services.
11. Provide feedback to supervisors for service improvements or customer experience enhancements.
12. Assist in identifying potential clients through on-site visits, events, or lead referrals.
13. Performs any other duties assigned by Line Manager/Management from time to time.

Qualification and experience

1. HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business / Business Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Less than 3 years of working experience in sales, customer services, or related field.
