Job Summary

AC Specialist :

To work as part of a small team conducting various marine based mechanical repairs and maintenance for the Mechanical Workshop Department. Primarily, work will consist of maintenance of Airconditioning and Provision plants and associated systems. Work will include maintenance of ICPE, transmissions, shafting & CPP systems, waterjet propulsion systems, prime movers for Gensets, salt & fresh water systems & pumps, hydraulic & oil systems & pumps, centrifugal separators, refrigeration & aircon equipment and anchor windless and winch units & systems. Work will include both preventative and corrective maintenance.

CPP System :

To work as part of a small team conducting various marine based mechanical repairs and maintenance for the Mechanical Workshop Department. Primarily, work will consist of large refit project and corrective maintenance tasks. Work will include maintenance of ICPE, transmissions, shafting & CPP systems, waterjet propulsion systems, prime movers for Gensets, salt & fresh water systems & pumps, hydraulic & oil systems & pumps, centrifugal separators, refrigeration & aircon equipment and anchor windless and winch units & systems.

Job Description

1 Attend OPDEFs, inside and outside working hours in a roster.

2 Carry out CM works to the satisfaction of departmental management.

3 Conduct PM in accordance with the maintenance schedule to meet set targets annually.

4 Work on project vessels following timelines to meet project deadlines.

5 Carry out various work of a mechanical nature within the workshop.

Requirements

Minimum qualification of HNTEC mechanical Engineering.
(1) one to 2 (two) years experience in mechanical background.
Must be citizen or permanent resident of Brunei Darussalam.
