Job Title:  Fare Filing Associate

Job Description

Deliver and manage effective knowledge, techniques, processes and tools to accurately and efficiently file and distribute RB's prices globally in accordance with company policy and industry standards

Job Accountabilities

• Execute daily fare filing tasks, updating fares, rules, and routing information according to pricing strategies.
• Assist for the accurate and expedient implementation (filing) of relevant fares, taxes and surcharges.
• Coordiante and act as the point of contact for all areas of the business in respect of fare filings, rules, conditions, surcharges and government-imposed taxes for all published/private programs and fare products
• Maintain detailed records of fare filing requests, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.                                                                                                                     
• Involve and collaborate with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to implement fare updates.
• Support process improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements.
• Provide timely assistance (including outside office hours) for urgent filing requests, amendments or rectification of errors

• A good understanding of pricing fundamentals, fares filing processes, industry practices and government matters related to pricing
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Qualification & Education

Diploma or equivalent in Business or IT and/or at least minimum 7 years commercial aviation or business experience is preferred. Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Ticketing and/or Revenue Accounting will be an advantage.  

Training

Required to be trained and certified at ATPCO fares management for all prerequisite 100-200 level.
