Job Title: Fleet Utilization Planner

Job Description
1. Projecting, updating and compiling Aircraft Utilisation Schedule and Scheduled Maintenance Checks as detailed in the Long-Term Plan.
2. Liaison with the Flight Safety and Emergency Procedure department on matters pertaining to the aircraft safety equipment general familiarisation and the deployment of installed escape systems.
3. Liaise with Forward Planning in providing ground time for any Single Running Task (SRT) to be carried on RB Fleet as required.
4. Scheduling aircraft disinsection in accordance with company policies.
5. Monitoring concessions for extension to the Approved Maintenance Programme – Schedule Maintenance Inspections and to ensure that they are not exceeded.
6. Monitoring aircraft weekly utilisation to ensure the projected airframe hours/cycles within the agreed limits.
7. Updating AMOS Aircraft Daily Average Utilization on a weekly basis.
8. Assuming the functions and responsibilities of the Fleet Utilisation Supervisor in his/her absence and any task as directed by the immediate superior.
Education
Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aviation Management or equivalent technical discipline with 2 years of experience
