- Provide administrative support across various business processes including ensuring RBC’s daily catering uplift for all RB flights comply with established specifications and requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and effectively coordinate tasks within the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure the adequate availability and readiness of all RB catering equipment to support daily flight operations without disruption.
Job Description
- Assist in ensuring RBC performs its daily standard operations in delivering catering services to RB flights.
- Monitor and conduct check RBC maintains the highest hygiene standards related to food preparation.
- Conduct quality inspections on in-flight meals at RBC before uplift and promptly report any discrepancies or issues for corrective action.
- Perform random checks on dry stores items before uplift to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Verify that all catering equipment to be loaded is clean, functional, and compliant with the Equipment Loading Plan (ELP).
- Conduct random monitoring during loading and unloading activities by the RBC Operations team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Assist in managing flight disruptions at BWN by coordinating the provision of fresh meals when necessary and promptly notifying the immediate superior accordingly.
- Assist the RBC Operations team with issues related to meal quantities by coordinating with relevant RB departments at BWN or at outstation locations.
- Prepare and verify cabin load requirements for outstation flights, ensuring all items are accurately uplifted.
- Ensure that all unserviceable or damaged IFS catering equipment is returned by RBC to the In-Flight Services main store.
- Monitor stock levels and confirm that all RB catering items and equipment stored at RBC, are adequately maintained to meet daily operational requirements.
- Assist in tracking and managing all RB catering equipment movements, both inbound and outbound.
Qualification & Education Experience
- College/Dilploma
- At least 7 years’ experience, preferably in airport or cabin operations.
- Computer literacy and good interpersonal skills at all levels
