Job Title:  Lead Assistant - Creative Design

Job Summary

This role is required to coordinate and execute creative design solutions that effectively communicate the company's products, services and brand identity. 

Job Description

• Assist in the development of visual design materials including graphic design and animations for use across all marketing platforms
• Support pre-production activities including storyboarding, preparing equipment, casting coordination, location recce, scheduling, and any other logical requirements
• Provide hands-on support during filming and photography session
• Ensure all visual designs adhere to the company's branding visual identity to maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Maintain and update assets archive and support the Creative Team’s work flow
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Team to meet design requirements and timelines
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to propose innovative ideas that can enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.

Skills

• Proficiency in design and video editing software
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Ability to conceptualise and implement creative ideas
• Project management skills, capable of meeting deadlines and working on multiple projects

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications or related field,  and/Or Minimum 7 years in a creative design or production work experience
• Knowledge of design and video production processes
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
