Job Title:  License Aircraft Engineer

Job Purpose

• Certification duties for Aircraft Maintenance.
• Routine - Transit checks, Daily checks and Stand Alone Checks.
• Inspect, troubleshooting and rectification of defects.

Job Accountabilities

• Carrying out all work, projects, assignments or investigations as required by the Supervising Licensed Aircraft Engineer and Line Operations Controller and completing reports when required.
• Ensuring the completion of all tasks allocated in a safe expeditious and cost effective manner.
• When employed on aircraft or component maintenance to ensure that a comprehensive record is kept of all work carried out on the aircraft or component in compliance with the requirements of the Airworthiness Authority and the Company's Maintenance Procedures Manual.
• Ensuring that all relevant maintenance documentation is completed in accordance with Maintenance Procedures.
• Ensuring that all staff under his/her control are aware of and comply with all relevant Safety Precautions, Safety standards and fire precautions.
• Maintaining a set of Company's serviceable tools to a standard conductive to the related work as laid down by the Line Operations Controller.
• Assisting the Supervising Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the execution of his/her duties and maintaining the high standards of maintenance and discipline required by the Company.
• Shall maintain and lead all under him/her control with an exemplary standard as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
• Observe strict dress code and therefore maintain hair to an acceptable length and utilize approve uniform.

Qualification and Experience

• 7 years in Aircraft Maintenance
