Job Title: Officer Network Planning

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient and effective execution of RB’s planned network
Maintain smooth operation of RB’s activities and ensure all planning-related information is effectively managed and communicated
Conduct route feasibility studies for potential new markets

Maintain proper and reliable records of all planning related information and communicating them effectively to stakeholders
Coordinate RB’s planned network with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedules can be executed
Participate in development of RB’s long term business plan
Identify new markets and interline partners for RB to maximise revenue potential through detailed market analysis and engagement with external parties
Monitor industry changes and potential threats that could significantly impact RB’s business proposition, and assess their implications for the organization
Prepare reports to track route performance and recommend strategies for improving underperforming routes
Prepare reports and presentations on assigned industry matters, as and when required, to assist in decision making
Ensure accurate statistics are prepared and submitted to third parties on time and as required.
Identify opportunities for improvements that can reduce operational costs
Analyse revenue performance and cost data to optimise fleet deployment

Degree in disciplines such as Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Aviation studies with a minimum of 3 years working experience
