Job Title:  Payroll System Assistant

Location: 

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam

Job Summary

  • Provide on-time monthly salary for all staff using RAMCO payroll.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handling of sensitive information appropriately.

 

Job Description

1. Ensuring transaction of all data entered are accurate.

2. Ensuring all transaction entered in a timely manner.

3. Upload transactions, overtime (OT), allowance, bonus, RB housing subsidy and birthday incentive.

4. Setup, update and apply fixed/variable transaction in SPOC screen/list.

5. Payroll process for all stations.

6. Payroll authorise process for all stations.

7. Generate monthly pay slips for all stations. 

8. Generate bank flies.

9. Generate reports such as payroll salary register for all stations, payroll for tax purposes (2nd process), GL files, car loan, government housing, invoices, TAP/SCP/SPK, PPSB staff monthly contribution/recovery, Yayasan housing loan, staff secondment etc.

10. Monthly payroll, GL, increment, promotion, bonus, overtime (OT), transfer and other reports are to be filed in proper shared folder.

11. In close contact with Payroll/HCM System Admin especially when problem occurs.

12. Liaise with HR Business Partner on errors or changes to the documents/memos/letters etc.

13. In close contact with Finance GL for GL interfaced with Ramco.

14. Liaise with staff on overpayment/deductions/repayment/query etc.

15. Liaise with Payroll Supervisor/Officer on payments/calculations/date-line etc.

16. Other tasks as per advised by Payroll System Officer and Acting Senior Manager - People & Performance.

Education

School/college Diploma and/or with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
