Job Title:  iReady Infrastructure Trainee

Job Summary

The iReady Infrastructure Trainee supports the maintenance, repair, and development of infrastructure systems under the guidance and supervision of experienced staff. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of technical areas including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and civil systems. The trainee will gradually take on more responsibility with the goal of performing tasks independently after a structured training period.

Job Description

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and civil.

• Support routine inspections and condition assessments of buildings, facilities, and equipment.

• Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects and upgrades.

• Assist with the procurement of tools, parts, and materials required for maintenance tasks.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, tools used, and issues identified.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all tasks.

• Learn and apply relevant technical standards, best practices, and company procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors when required.

• Continuously build knowledge and skills relevant to infrastructure and facility management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification diploma in mechanical, electrical and civil engineering or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Basic understanding of infrastructure systems and maintenance practices.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to various technical tasks.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

• Flexibility to participate in on-call duties as needed.

• Must be registered under PPB ( iReady program).

• Must be citizen or permanent resident Brunei Darussalam.
