Job Title:  Administrative Executive

Job Summary

This position is responsible to provide support to the Administrative Manager and Hospital Environmental Services Officer in maintain daily operation of the unit.

Principle Duties and Responsibilties

  • Provide support to the Superior in the performance of his/her duties and responsibilities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Superiors regarding the operations.
  • Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documentations requested from Superiors when required.
  • Creating programs, policies and procedures when required to ensure the operations are running systematically according to the company’s standard.
  • Ensure effective enforcement and implementation of programs, policies and procedures are being done by the Supervisor(s).
  • To ensure both unit and contact service level indicator under Healthcare Environmental Services jurisdiction are being updated regularly.
  • To ensure all outsource contracts under Healthcare Environmental Services jurisdiction is valid and up to date.

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Supervisory role work experience in healthcare setting is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Health/Occupational Health and Safety or any related field.
  • Candidate who has equivalent qualification through education and/or experience may be considered to this position.

Specialised Skills/Knowledge/Attribute Requirement

  • Familiar with housekeeping and/ or laundry cleaning policies and procedures.
  • Familiar and knowledgeable in the proper way of handling with housekeeping equipment.
  • Proficient in housekeeping and/ or laundry services; able to prepare daily checklist.
  • Basic knowledge and skill in landscaping is an advantage.
  • Basic understand in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) knowledge is an advantage
